Four things drive jersey cost: the sport and cut, the construction, the quantity, and any specialty cuts. Sublimation is the most economical and covers about 95% of what we make. Stitched tackle twill runs higher because of the materials and the labour involved. Price per piece steps down at 6, 12, 24 and 48 pieces. Names, numbers, crests and standard sponsor placements are included in the quoted price rather than billed as extras. Goalie cuts and specialty sizing are quoted separately. Send us your sport, quantity and design and we will quote the same or next business day.
On sublimated jerseys we match Pantone closely using calibrated CMYK ink builds — typically within 1–2 Pantone steps. Exact Pantone isn’t achievable in sublimation because the process uses process colour, not spot inks. On stitched (tackle twill) jerseys we match Pantone more accurately using solid twill fabric swatches that come in Pantone-equivalent colours. If Pantone precision is critical, ask for tackle twill on the key logo elements. Either way, we send a digital mockup with the exact colour build before production and you sign off before a single piece is produced.
